In 2019 we initiated negotiations to build a new property in Tbilisi, Georgia. Tbilisi is the capital of Georgia and the fastest growing city of the region. We selected Pekini Avenue in the heart of the city, strategically located between the fashionable and densely populated districts, Vake and Saburtalo.
